For those looking for quick relief from tight muscles in their neck or back. Includes localized tui na massage, sliding cups, plus infrared heat or red light therapy. (Please book acupuncture if you are using insurance.) Allow 60 minutes.
Structural integration services
Initial Assessment (75 mins)
For all new patients of Structural Integration (SI), including those whose last SI treatment has been two years or longer. This session will include your intake, clinical history, treatment goals, and your first SI treatment. Your treatment plan will be discussed within the session to ascertain how best to help you with your goal.
Follow Up Visit (60 mins)
Structural Integration (SI) session after your initial consult and first treatment session. This can be part of your treatment plan or as a touch up if you haven't been seen in more than six months (but less than two years since your last session).
Follow Up Treatment (80mins)
This SI session is for current patients who prefer or require a longer treatment session (80 minutes). With more time during treatment, there may be more areas to cover, or increased passes over a certain area in the body. There might also be more room to incorporate movement modalities to help integrate your SI session.
