Please email us or check your plan terms and conditions to see if your specific health concern has acupuncture coverage. New patients will be asked to obtain a script or referral from their physician. No script is needed for self-pay patients. Coverage applies to patients 18 years or older. Structural Integration services are not covered by insurance.
If you are a Veteran, we are in-network as an Acupuncture Community Provider through the VA Health System. Pre-approval from the VA is required. Talk to your VA primary care physician to see if you qualify. Contact us for more information. Unfortunately we cannot accept TriCare.
While we cannot bill other insurances for you, we can provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Some Medicare Advantage plans advertise acupuncture benefits for low back pain, so check with your plan to see if you can use an out-of-network provider.
FSA and HSA accounts can be used for acupuncture.
